Absolutely horrible experience. The first room I was in was filthy. There were hairs all in the bed and very obvious items showing the room was not cleaned. I was moved to a new room which was better but genuinely not acceptable. The desk and night stands were sticky and had cup rings visible. Housekeeping needs to be elevated. The timing of odd bites on my body I don't think is coincidental either. So thats been fun deep cleaning and washing everything in hot water in case I brought something home.

NOT A THREE-STAR HOTEL. Decent for a two-star hotel. Not a great area of town - it's kind of industrial and there's a strip club nearby. The pool is closed. Breakfast is not included. It was small but good. $10 for continental, $14 for hot breakfast. Self parking is $7 per night (although I don't think I was charged). The portico trash was overflowing. The lobby floor was dirty. The room carpet was stained. The bed was comfortable, but too high. The shower only got warm, not hot, during the busy morning. The central air conditioning didn't work, so they have a room AC, and it was rather loud. No guide or station listing for the TV.

My vehicle was broken into when I stayed at this property 10/28/23 I would highly advise not staying here first pulling up to the property I was hopeful it was going to be a safe stay that is till I walked out to my truck and seen my entire door had been basically ripped off left open and belongings scattered everywhere throughout my truck I went in to let the front desk lady know what had happened and see if they had possibly had cameras and she shrugged her shoulders and said no cameras here sorry but have a good day……the hallways smell terrible the room was very undesirable Mirrors were dirty and the linens did not smell clean…definitely not worth the money spent!and we will not be staying at a Hilton ever again! For this kind of service might as well go to a roach Motel.

I'm guessing they are a bit understaffed currently, as we had to wait for someone to get to the front desk in order to check in and there was only a single person handling the breakfast buffet area (handling everything!). The room was average, but sometimes it is the little things that make or break. One the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. On the not so positive side, the bathroom door is on a very noisy spring so that it automatically shuts. Beware anyone trying to be quiet if they get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom! The photos show how one side of the bed had a non- working light and an overabundance of outlets as compared to the other side that had a working light, but absolutely no outlets for charging phones, etc. When looking for an outlet, I did find the alarm clock on the floor behind the nightstand 🤷‍♀️.

This property is unbefitting of using the Hilton name. You will not find any of the traditional Hilton qualities in this property. I stayed there 2 night last week. The carpet in the hallway was stained from end to end. The room was musty, pillows were flat and the towels had seen better days. The only nice looking room was the lobby. Will not stay again.

Beds are comfy. Lobby is nice, I was unfortunately only here 1 night for work so I wasn't able to partake in anything particularly special. Oh well maybe next time.
